It explains the information The Litmus Report receives when someone browses this site, submits the private audit form, or contacts us about the product. A future product workspace may have additional notices and agreements specific to that service.
An audit request may include your name, work email, company, and the decision context you choose to describe. The first conversation does not require strategic materials or a document upload. The site may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
We use submitted information to reply to an audit request, understand the decision you want to discuss, improve the site and its intake flow, and protect the form from abuse. We do not use decision context to create public case studies without a separate agreement.
Audit requests are intended for a focused private conversation. We limit access to people who need it to respond or support the request, and we retain information only for as long as there is a legitimate business or legal reason to keep it.
If you have a question about what to include, what happens next, or how your information will be handled, ask before submitting the form. You can also request correction or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable requirements.
